HES Admin
Position Type: This is a full-time hourly position that is eligible for overtime. There is incentive pay in addition to the hourly rate of $100-$200 per week at target.
Job Summary:
The HEA Admin is responsible for entering data into Mass Save Program software, correcting any input errors, and providing a high level of accuracy with their inputs.

- Input energy assessment data into corresponding Mass Save program software.
- Enter customer and project data into Mass Save program portals and databases with a high level of accuracy.
- Track and update the status of projects.
- Collaborate with Energy Specialists, management, and QA staff to ensure proper data submission.
- Meet daily and weekly data entry quotas and processing deadlines.
- Correct energy assessment sites that were modelled improperly.
- Ensure that all site information is input accurately into program software.
- Ensure that projects show proper savings to be in compliance with the Mass Save program.
- In a timely manner, correct any mistakes that arise from improperly competed energy assessment sites.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Education & Experience:
- Software requirements: Comfortable with a wide range of software and systems
- Requires proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This is an individual contributor position with no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
- Remote position: This position is in the employee’s residence and requires the employee to have a workspace free of distraction during work hours to perform job duties.
Physical Demands:
- Requires sitting at a desk for long periods of time, performing tasks on a computer, the ability to move within the office to attend meetings, access equipment, or interact with colleagues.
