Qualifications and responsibilities for this Heavy Civil Estimator position include:- Minimum 8 years of experience in heavy civil construction estimating- Experience with MassDOT, site work, drainage, water/sewer, and heavy earthwork projects- Proficiency in Excel, Bid2Win, Trimble, Procore, and ability to read AutoCAD blueprints- Review and analyze project drawings and specifications- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bids for projects ranging from $1M to $40M- Collaborate with the team to finalize and present estimates- Manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced office environment- Play a key role in transitioning leadership as the current Lead Estimator retiresSalary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
