Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: $65,520 to $81,510 (based on experience)
- Health Insurance: Employer contributes 70%
- Dental Insurance: Offered through Guardian with up to $2,000 annual maximum
- Vision Insurance: Offered through Guardian with $150 frame/contact allowance
- Health Savings Account (HSA): Employer contributes up to $1,000 annually
- 401(K) Retirement Plan: Up to 3% match
- Life Insurance: 1x annual salary, up to $100,000
- Long-Term Disability: Employer paid, 50% of base salary

Responsibilities
- Provide group, individual, and family therapy for clients enrolled in the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and/or Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
- Conduct psychosocial evaluations and develop individualized, strengths-based treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic services to clients experiencing acute mental health and/or substance use disorders
- Facilitate psychoeducational and process-oriented therapy groups
- Coordinate care with medical, psychiatric, and behavioral health team members
- Monitor client progress, update treatment goals, and complete documentation in a timely manner
- Manage crisis situations and implement de-escalation or emergency protocols as needed
- Assist with discharge planning, referrals, and transitions to outpatient or higher levels of care
- Participate in case conferences, supervision, staff meetings, and interdisciplinary rounds
- Provide orientation to clients entering PHP/IOP services
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Current and active Massachusetts license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Experience in PHP, IOP, or other structured behavioral health programs preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, therapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination
- Familiarity with community mental health resources
- Effective communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based care model
