Food Pantry Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate individual to join our team as a Food Pantry Administrative Assistant where you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing essential services to our community.

Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the intake process at the food pantry
- Entering client information into the OASIS database
- Providing exceptional customer service to those in need
- Other administrative and receptionist tasks as needed
Required Skills and Experience:
- Excellent administrative skills with 1+ years of professional experience
- Attention to detail when it comes to data entry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with OASIS system or similar software
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and technical issues
- Bi-lingual fluency is a plus but not required for this role
Other Information:
- Free parking on-site
- Hourly pay rate range of $22-25/hour
- Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
- This role requires the Food Pantry Administrative Assistant to be on-site in Framingham, MA
