Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active MA state license required prior to start of assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• At least 3 months of outpatient (OP) experience, or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings post-clinicals. Submissions should reflect OP experience when possible.
• Familiarity with Raintree EMR preferred.
• All new travelers must complete three HealthStream modules pre-assignment. Agency will be reimbursed with proof of completion and at least one shift worked. (Preferred administrative requirement.)

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Hospital.

• Shift name: Days.
• Shift details: Monday through Friday, 0800-1630.
• Schedule notes: Open to 4x10s; must be open to two evenings per week until 7:30pm.
• Productivity expectation: 55–63 patients per week; treatments typically scheduled 2 per hour and evaluations 1 hour.
• EMR: Raintree.
• Contract duration: 13 to 26 weeks.
• Guarantee: 40 hours per week.
• Cancel notice: 30 days.
