About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with GSK SOLUTIONS INC to find a qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Cambridge, Massachusetts, 02163!

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Op / PACU Registered Nurse for a busy surgical services department. The RN will rotate between Pre-Op and PACU while caring for patients across multiple surgical specialties in a fast-paced acute care setting.

Responsibilities:
• Provide pre-operative and post-anesthesia patient care
• Monitor patient recovery and respond to changes in condition
• Administer medications, IV drips, and post-op treatments
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient assessments
• Recover surgical and IR patients receiving anesthesia

Requirements

• Minimum 2 Years Recent Pre-Op/PACU Experience
• Travel Experience Preferred
• Active Massachusetts RN License
• AHA BLS, ACLS & PALS Required
• Charge Experience Highly Preferred
• EPIC Experience Preferred
