We're seeking Licensed Electricians. Your daily routine will include inspecting, installing, and repairing electrical systems and products and leading customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities*

• Diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems and products.
• Guide customers to informed choices that maximize their comfort and meet their needs.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Complete all general electrical in-home service calls.
• Get electrical systems running again by asking the right customer lifestyle questions.
• Meet (or exceed) goals with expert service.
• Build our clientele, including new referrals and repeat business.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and inventoried
• Flex Hours: Mon-Thur, Sun-Wed, etc.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Licensed and savvy with local electrical codes turning on-the-job know-how into action
• Proven track record in electrical techniques, including electrical hardware, junction boxes and circuit breaker units, trace lines, and reading wiring diagrams
• Committed to continual learning
• Organized with good follow-through
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Integrity is your middle name, and you have a knack for building strong customer connections.
• A reliable solo worker who can also excel in team environments

Qualifications*

• Electrical license
• Customer service skills
• Skilled in repairing, installing, and diagnosing electrical systems and products
• Clean driving record
