- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) and external vendors (e.g., printers, agencies) to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
- Answer phones and assist customers. Document accordingly
- Maintain and organize marketing calendars, project plans, and asset libraries.
- Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of marketing materials, including email newsletters, social media posts, blog articles, and press releases.
- Schedule and post content on various social media platforms, monitoring engagement and responding to comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the development of presentations, brochures, and other sales enablement materials.
- Assist in the setup and management of digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and inform future strategy.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Handle general administrative tasks to support the marketing department's daily operations.
- Proven experience in a marketing or administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in marketing software and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing tools, social media management tools).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for marketing.
Pay for this position is $25 per hour. Your final compensation will be determined by several factors, including your education, work experience, location, specific job duties, and certifications.
