As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
+ Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a welcoming environment.
+ Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors, providing assistance as needed.
+ Complete required documentation and reports related to security-related activities, incidents, and daily operations.
+ Follow all Allied Universal policies, procedures, and training guidelines while on duty.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
