**Qualifications** **Your profile** + Bachelor's degree in business or related field (MBA preferred or equivalent experience). + 10+ years of progressive sales experience in technology or capital equipment. + 5+ years of sales leadership experience with a track record of team success. + Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. + Experience managing national or government accounts is a plus. + Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with technical learning. + Willingness to travel nationally (approx. 30% overnight).
