Part-Time Referral Credentialing

We are looking for a part-time (20 hrs/week) Referral Credentialing support to join our referral team and ensure the accuracy of our directory.

In this role, you will verify and update contact information for individuals seeking support services, maintaining data integrity and helping connect people to the right resources.

This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with the team to provide exceptional service.

Pay rate is $20-23/hour,

Part-time schedule Tuesday & Thursday 8 AM–4 PM or 9 AM–5 PM.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in database administration or a related field
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using a computer and database software
• Ability to leave voicemails and respond to voicemails and emails in a professional manner
