Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team in the CSAC department. The role involves assembly, testing, and inspection of MEMS semiconductors. Microchip offers comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure you are fully equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform semiconductor assembly in a cleanroom environment.
- Operate semi-automated surface mount pick and place equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
- Experience with micro components and precision microscope work.
- Basic computer skills for logging data, reviewing documents, emailing, and online training sessions.
