Unlicensed Clinician

- Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop treatment plans based on clinical best practices
- Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy for both mental health and substance use concerns
- Support individuals in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) through education, engagement, and monitoring progress
- Promote health, wellness, and daily functioning to encourage long-term recovery
- Connect individuals with community resources and help strengthen their support networks
- Conduct outreach to individuals as needed to promote treatment engagement
- Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field (required)
- Experience with opioid treatment programs (preferred)
- Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and harm-reduction principles
- Cultural competence and ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Bilingual (Spanish) (strongly preferred)
