We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Alteryx Analytics Manager to join the team in our Boston office. CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings. WHY COHNREZNICK? YOUR ROLE. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To- Lead and manage the Alteryx team, overseeing workflow development projects from inception to deployment.
- Develop and implement strategic data solutions that support enterprise-wide goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate Alteryx solutions into broader business processes.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and KPIs.
- Design, develop, and optimize workflows for data preparation, blending, and advanced analytics.
- Promote best practices in Alteryx development, including documentation, testing, and version control.
- Integrate Alteryx with platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL Server, and cloud data warehouses.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Monitor workflow performance and troubleshoot data quality or processing issues.
- Stay current with Alteryx updates, new features, and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Alteryx development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Alteryx Core and Advanced certifications required.
- Strong proficiency in Alteryx Designer and Server. Experience with Connect is a plus.
- Experience with SQL, Python, R, Java Script, VBA and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with ETL tools and data governance frameworks.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
