Health Center Nurse (RN) - $45/hr

Our facility is expanding to meet increased enrollment and staffing needs, and we’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to our members. This vital role ensures that our community receives safe, high-quality healthcare within a regulated environment - your expertise helps us maintain the highest standards every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver personalized nursing care aligned with individual health plans and facility protocols
• Support staffing requirements to meet mandated MassHealth ratios, ensuring consistent and reliable coverage
• Conduct daily assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and generate timely reports
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards to uphold safety and quality care

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid nursing license and certification to practice as a Registered Nurse
• 2+ years experience working in a regulated healthcare or community setting
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work full-time, on-site, during scheduled hours (Monday through Friday, 9AM-4PM)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience in community health facilities familiar with Medicaid or MassHealth regulations
• Proficiency with documentation tools and understanding of staff-to-client ratios
• Experience working with diverse populations and managing compliance standards
