Human Resources Consultant
Randstad has partnered with an organization in Boston to assist with finding an experience Human Resources professional able to assist with their leadership transition. The role will support in all the HR functions from recruitment to employee relations. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in Human Resources in a Generalist level position or above. salary: $40 - $45 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors Responsibilities
- Manage the full HR Function - Recruitment, employee relations, benefits, leave of absences, compensation, reporting
- Handle employee engagement through onboarding/offboarding and additional programs
- Partner with leadership to oversee performance management, coaching, and career mapping
- Support DEI initiatives and trainings
- Remain up to date with federal/state regulatory compliance
- At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelors degree
- Understanding of federal and state employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
