Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding school-based role supporting young learners in a dynamic educational setting as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This full-time contract assignment is set within an elementary school, working directly with K-2 students who require dedicated behavioral support. Your expertise and compassion will play an essential role in fostering growth and stability for students with significant behavioral and communication needs, particularly those on the autism spectrum.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
• Demonstrated experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and high behavioral needs is strongly preferred
• Previous experience in school-based settings is advantageous
• Familiarity with implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), conducting behavior tracking, and utilizing de-escalation strategies
• SafetyCare training is highly regarded
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver intensive behavioral and academic support to high-needs students within a structured special education environment
• Implement and document Behavior Intervention Plans in collaboration with educational and clinical teams
• Utilize evidence-based practices to support student communication, engagement, and regulation
• Monitor, track, and report student progress in accordance with established protocols
• Assist classroom teachers and related service providers with daily interventions and support strategies
• Participate in team meetings, IEP discussions, and ongoing professional development
