Sales Executive / Manager (Hybrid Sales)
Location: United States (Remote, with Travel Required)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive / Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving our sales efforts across the US market. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, including lead qualification, cold calling, understanding client objectives, arranging and delivering value-added demonstrations, conducting in-person meetings, and representing the company at international events.

As a Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. You will work closely with teams across the US and UK to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Drive new business by actively prospecting, making cold calls, attending events, leveraging social media, and using contact databases to identify and engage potential clients.
Account Management: Build and retain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering trust and loyalty.
Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and tailored proposals to potential clients.
Strategic Relationships: Develop strategic relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers to grow accounts.
Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms with clients and partners.
Territory Management: Oversee and manage your designated territory or account pipeline, thinking creatively about how to grow the region and drive revenue. The scope of your territory may evolve over time.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to position the company's offerings effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the business (including analysts, marketing, and sales) to create and execute effective strategies that align with company goals.
Travel: Travel within the US and internationally to meet with clients, conduct presentations, and represent the company at events.
CRM & Reporting: Accurately maintain and update the CRM database and provide regular performance reports on sales activities.

Job Requirements:

Experience: A minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, with a focus on consultative selling, account management, and upselling.
Sales Expertise: Proven success in growing revenue year over year, with experience in selling products and services, preferably subscriptions, research reports, or consulting services.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across the US and internationally.
Skills: Strong initiative, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities. A positive, results-oriented attitude with a sense of urgency.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to sales activities.
