Academic Office Coordinator
Boylston Staffing is seeking several Office Coordinators for immediate openings across multiple departments at a prestigious university in Boston. These roles are ideal for organized, professional individuals with strong administrative experience who thrive in fast-paced academic environments. $25/hr-$30/hr depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to departmental staff and faculty.
- Serve as a primary point of contact, handling inquiries from students, collaborators, and the public.
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, budgets, and departmental plans.
- Manage Outlook calendars, emails, and scheduling.
- Maintain and update program websites, webpages, and related materials as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Prior office/administrative experience is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic setting.
