As a **Sales Advisor** you'll be the face of our brand-helping customers make confident decisions about their vehicles, delivering exceptional service, and driving sales performance in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Greet customers and assess their tire and auto service needs with professionalism and care + Recommend products and services based on safety, performance, and value + Generate estimates, explain repair details, and ensure transparent communication throughout the service process + Maintain expert-level knowledge of tires, wheels, and general vehicle maintenance services + Manage work orders, schedule service appointments, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion + Achieve monthly sales goals through exceptional customer engagement and follow-up + Support store operations by assisting with inventory, merchandising, and cleanliness standards + Build long-term relationships with customers through trust, reliability, and quality service LSI Staffing is An Equal Opportunity Employer.
