HD Supply (powered by The Home Depot) is looking for an experienced Lead Delivery Driver to join our Auburn, MA team! If you have strong route knowledge, proven leadership abilities, and hands-on experience with 26-foot box trucks, this is a great opportunity to advance your career with an industry leader.

As a Lead Delivery Driver , you’ll take the wheel not only on your assigned routes but also in supporting and guiding fellow drivers. You will help coordinate daily routing, provide on-the-job training, model safe driving practices, and serve as a point of contact for questions and escalations in the field. You’ll still enjoy a local, Monday–Friday schedule with nights at home—plus the chance to grow with a company that puts people first.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely operate a company-provided 26-foot box truck to make scheduled deliveries to customers.
• Assist with route planning, sequencing stops, and troubleshooting routing challenges.
• Provide leadership to the delivery team, including mentoring new drivers and supporting training efforts.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, vehicle inspection records, and compliance documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent HD Supply with professionalism.
• Ensure adherence to DOT regulations, HD Supply safety policies, and company delivery standards.

What You Bring:

• Experience delivering directly to customers using a box truck or similar vehicle (26-foot box truck preferred).
• Some leadership experience—such as training, mentoring, or supporting a delivery team—is strongly preferred.
• Strong route navigation skills and the ability to optimize delivery sequences.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• No more than 2 minor accidents and no more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years.
• Ability to meet DOT requirements, including drug testing and ongoing MVR monitoring (Clearinghouse).
