Associate Scientist II

R&D Partners is seeking to hire an Associate Scientist II in Cambridge, MA .

Your main responsibilities as an Associate Scientist II:

• Support processing activities for oligonucleotide manufacturing under guidance from senior staff
• Execute laboratory-scale and pilot-scale processes to support research and in-house material needs
• Perform routine in-process analytical tests (e.g., pH, conductivity, UV, basic chromatography)
• Assist in the preparation, execution, and documentation of non-GMP manufacturing runs
• Follow established SOPs and batch records in a cGLP laboratory environment

What we are looking for in an Associate Scientist IIn:

• BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
• 0-2 years of laboratory experience (academic, co-op, internship, or industrial experience acceptable).
• Basic familiarity with analytical techniques such as pH, conductivity, HPLC, or LC-MS is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality laboratory documentation
• Willingness to learn regulated laboratory practices and manufacturing workflows

Pay Scale:

$77,642 - $97,066 Dependent on Experience)
