Location: Wareham, MA & surrounding areas
Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (Flexible)
Pay: Based on experience ($22–$30+ / hr)

Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Tile Installer / Skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in tile work and general construction, can work independently, and takes pride in clean, high-quality work.
Responsibilities
- Install tile (floors, showers, backsplashes)
- Assist with bathroom and kitchen remodels
- Perform surface prep (demo, leveling, waterproofing, etc.)
- Install materials such as cement board, GoBoard, and membranes
- Basic carpentry and painting as needed
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Communicate effectively with team and customers
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in tile or construction
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Own basic tools (preferred)
