Job Overview:

We are seeking a Supervisor, Senior Scientist with deep expertise in In Vivo Pharmacokinetics (PK) studies to lead and contribute to our DMPK team. This role combines hands-on scientific work with leadership responsibilities, including supervising technical staff, overseeing rodent PK study design and execution, and ensuring compliance with AAALAC and IACUC guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, train and provide scientific direction, oversight, and guidance to the technical staff that support in vivo studies.
• Design, supervise, and conduct rodent PK studies, ensuring compliance with AAALAC and IACUC guidelines.
• Draft, review, and interpret study protocols, data, and reports with scientific rigor and accuracy.
• Ensure efficient scheduling of studies and staff to optimize capacity and deliver high-quality results on time.
• Partner with project management, business development, and bioanalysis teams to ensure seamless client interactions and study execution.
• Act as a technical representative in sales discussions with new and prospective clients.
• Implement harmonized processes, best practices, and state-of-the-art methodologies for PK studies.
• Recommend and implement strategies to improve productivity, increase efficiency, and maintain scientific excellence.

What We're Looking For:

• PhD, MS, or BS in Pharmacokinetics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of laboratory experience in a CRO environment.
• 3+ years of management experience, including staff development and budget oversight.
• Strong expertise in rodent PK studies, including dosing, sampling, and tissue collection/processing.
• Proficiency with noncompartmental analysis (Phoenix WinNonlin) is required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.
