Univerze LLC is seeking a dynamic and highly strategic Head of Partnerships to lead the development and execution of high-impact collaborations that will position Univerze as a household name in the Gen Z networking and social application space. This role is central to driving user acquisition, brand awareness, and community growth through meaningful, scalable partnerships.

As Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for sourcing, building, and managing relationships with UGC creators, campus ambassadors, affiliates, sponsors, influencers, and community representatives who align with Univerze’s mission of empowering the next generation of professionals. You will design and implement partnership programs that not only drive growth but also foster an engaged and loyal user base.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong execution. You will identify key growth channels, negotiate partnership agreements, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, growth, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and maximum impact of all partnership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead Univerze’s global partnerships strategy focused on rapid user acquisition and brand expansion
• Source and onboard UGC creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors to produce high-quality, platform-native content
• Build and scale affiliate and referral programs to drive organic and performance-based growth
• Establish partnerships with universities, student organizations, and community leaders to expand campus presence
• Secure sponsorships and brand collaborations that enhance visibility and credibility
• Create structured partnership frameworks, onboarding systems, and performance tracking metrics
• Manage and nurture long-term relationships with partners to ensure ongoing engagement and retention
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership efforts with product launches, campaigns, and feature rollouts
• Analyze performance data and continuously optimize partnership strategies for maximum ROI
