Position: Small Piece Assembler

As a Small Piece Assembler, you’ll work with precision components and sub-assemblies for high-powered lasers. Using tools like microscopes and tweezers, you’ll follow established procedures to assemble, inspect, and maintain delicate parts. We provide on-the-job training to ensure you succeed and thrive in your role.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble, install, and inspect small components, including positioning, aligning, repairing, and cleaning parts as needed.
• Work with very small, fragile parts in a clean room environment.
• Demonstrate excellent hand-eye coordination and arm-hand steadiness to handle intricate tasks.

Requirements :

• Must have good communication skills and be able to understand and follow verbal and written work instructions.
• Regular and reliable attendance and the ability to work overtime are essential functions of this job.
• Must be present and on time for work as scheduled.
• Be able to work carefully, consistently and be able to identify errors.
• Familiarity with PCs and Microsoft Windows, a plus but no required.

Wage Information: MA: 17.49 – 23.18/hr first shift + 10% second shift differential

The pay range on this posting applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location posted, the applicable range could differ. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
