Director of Social Services
- Oversee all social service operations within the facility
- Support residents and families with care planning, transitions, and emotional needs
- Lead and mentor the social services team with clarity, empathy, and solid communication
- Work closely with nursing, therapy, and administration to ensure smooth coordination
- Maintain documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and keep workflows on point
- Create a supportive, uplifting environment for residents, families, and staff
- Relevant Social Work degree + state-appropriate licensing/certification
- Strong background in long-term care or a healthcare social services setting
- Leadership skills that blend professionalism with authenticity
