Job Description: Maintenance Technician

Location: Various locations in Boston, Provincetown and Portland, ME.

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role: We are looking for a versatile and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our marinas, restaurants and unique waterfront locations throughout Boston, Provincetown and Portland, based in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have a general knowledge of construction trades and the ability to assess and procure materials for various jobs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a willingness to work outdoors year-round, and the flexibility to travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance tasks across various construction trades.
• Assess job requirements and procure necessary materials.
• Maintain daily communication with the team to assess and prioritize workload.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year.
• Travel as required.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
• Operate boats as needed (training will be provided).

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• General knowledge of construction trades.
• Ability to assess job requirements and procure materials.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors year-round.
• Willingness to travel to our various locations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong “hands-on” mechanical acumen and skills working with your hands.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience operating boats is a plus, but not necessary (training will be provided).

Work Environment:

• Dynamic work environment with multiple work locations.
• Outdoor work in various weather conditions throughout the year.
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, pull, push for long periods of time.
