Digital Licensing Marketing Manager

For this role, you will lead all aspects of marketing campaigns for licensed digital games globally to represent Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast brands authentically. This position requires strong collaboration with licensees, cross-functional partners, and senior leadership to guide campaigns, manage co-marketing opportunities, and represent our brands to players worldwide. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens it's new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday - Thursday at Hasbro's new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim this position will be onsite Tuesday - Thursday at Hasbro's HQ in Pawtucket, RI. A Day in the Life Act as the primary marketing contact for select licensees, driving alignment on priorities, creative direction, and execution. Offer brand mentorship and documentation to guarantee all marketing campaigns authentically reflect Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast brands. Review, approve, and optimize licensee consumer-facing materials (trailers, key art, in-game promotions, press releases, social media). Collaborate with licensees to develop and implement global marketing strategies for licensed digital games across multiple platforms. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, PR, legal, franchise, brand) and external partners to support licensee’s coordinated co-marketing campaigns. Compile and deliver regular updates, newsletters, and presentations summarizing marketing activity across the digital licensing portfolio. Monitor and share updates on marketing strategies, important campaign highlights, performance, and summaries with internal collaborators. Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities to improve visibility and player engagement for licensed digital games. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or communications, with at least 2 years in the video game industry. Extensive expertise in digital games spanning various platforms, business models, and marketing channels. Proficient understanding of diverse marketing strategies across various channels such as digital, social media, public relations, influencer collaborations, and experiential events. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple initiatives simultaneously, including independently. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management/marketing tools. Ability to work effectively across functions, geographies, and cultures. Passion for video games and entertainment trends. Key Proficiencies Strategic problem solver with creative troubleshooting skills. Highly collaborative and skilled in managing external partnerships. Strong attention to detail while managing large, complex projects. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment. The base salary range for this position is $85,800.00 to $128,700.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
