Front Desk Receptionist l Days
Brighton House Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, is currently seeking Front Desk Receptionist on our day shift to join our team! Our compassionate and experienced staff will help you reach your maximum potential in this role. Brighton House is a beautiful facility located in Brighton, MA. Our facility is full of friendly faces and new opportunities!

Requirements for Front Desk Receptionist:
- High school Diploma
- Receptionist experience is preferred.
Job Duties for Front Desk Receptionist:
- Answer and direct callers to the appropriate phone lines
- Screen visitor, staff and vendors per DPH guidelines
- Assist with necessary testing of visitors
- Greet new admissions, direct families and visitors to resident rooms
- Organizing and distributing mail throughout the facility.
- Assist with scheduling resident transportation to/from appointments.
- Assist department heads with clerical tasks such as tracking documentation, copying, faxing
