We're looking for dedicated CDL-A drivers who take pride in their work, treat customers right, and aren't afraid to get hands-on. If that sounds like you, we've got a route worth driving.

What You'll Earn

Our drivers average $1,750 per week, with top earners grossing $2,200–$2,400 per week before taxes.

Here's how it adds up:

• $0.53–$0.73 per mile (based on verified experience)
• $240 per unload · $25 per stop · $105 per backhaul
• $250 for NYC borough deliveries
• $50 weekly bonus for full-week availability
• Consistent volume: 1,500 miles and 5 loads per week

The Route

• You'll be delivering dry freight to FD stores across Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, Rhode Island, and Maine.
• Expect 3–5 stops per load with early AM departure times on a Sunday–Friday schedule.
• Every week ends with a 34-hour reset at home — no extended time away from your family.
• Loads are 100% hand unload using rollers. It's physical work, and we compensate you for it.
• You'll start with paid ride-along training at $150 per day alongside an experienced FD driver — so you know exactly what to expect before you go solo.

What We're Looking For

• CDL-A license · 21 years or older
• 3+ months tractor-trailer experience on 40ft+ equipment
• Clean driving record — no SAP program or DUI in the past 5 years
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screening
• Secure parking available for your truck and trailer
