We are searching for a Manager of Retail Sales Operations to be part of the site leadership team who will manage the retail sales operations to optimize the sales processes, manage a team of Sales Coordinators, and support the sales team in achieving their goals. This role calls for an individual with initiative, ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to manage multiple, complex tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales coordinators ensuring the workload is balanced and they have the tools, resources and training needed to succeed.
- Develop and implement sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage sales presentations, ensuring proposals are aligned with product development and sales strategies.
- Oversee quote summaries, pricing analysis, and three-year account reviews to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze sales data and financial tracking to identify trends, forecast revenue, and support strategic decision-making.
- Support new customer setup, ensuring data integrity and coordination with finance.
- Oversee sales rep monitoring, including communications, agreements, and commission approvals.
- Act as a liaison with the Asia team, ensuring QA/QC, NPD, and sales requirements are met.
- Work with finance on price approvals and finalizing price lists for import/domestic and Asia markets. Track orders and shipments, monitoring import/domestic timelines and invoice tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and finance, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor reporting requirements, including seasonal reports, calendar year summaries, and three-year recaps.
Background Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, with at least 2 years in a manager role.
- Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), wholesale, direct-to-consumer (DTC), and retail sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and financial tracking.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Comp: $120,000-$140,000
