  • Partner with sales & brand to generate key inputs into the S&OP process

  • Own key inputs into the S&OP process

  • Support new product introduction planning process across multiple channels

  • Collaborate with the broader operations team on key process improvement projects

  • Routinely maintenance data inconsistencies, own historical data integrity, and collaboratively apply ‘period type’ logic to protect the integrity of baseline demand history

  • Identify and report on root cause analysis for forecast variance to targets

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of ‘retail facing’ demand management and supply chain planning experience within consumer products manufacturing environment

  • Demonstrated analytical skills, adept at using advanced Excel functions and other analytical tools

  • Able to lead (without direct-line authority) the broader organization to the achievement of common goals

  • Experience using ‘commercial off-the-shelf’ planning systems (demand planning, master scheduling, DRP/MRP, ERP)

  • Will be based out of our corporate office in Burlington, Massachusetts four days each week on a synchronized hybrid schedule
