As our Quality Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things quality, leading initiatives that ensure product integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is passionate about building strong quality systems from the ground up.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Champion a culture of quality and food safety across the site.
• Serve as the Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) and lead the implementation of the Food Safety Plan.
• Manage the Food Safety & Quality Management System (FSQMS) including SOPs, training, change control, and documentation.
• Oversee GMP, HACCP, Food Defense, and Food Fraud training programs.
• Lead sanitation validation, internal inspections, and environmental monitoring.
• Manage traceability and recall programs across the supply chain.
• Supervise contractors (pest control, sanitation, uniforms) and ensure compliance.
• Review and approve production batch records and handle nonconformities.
• Lead investigations into quality issues and customer complaints.
• Oversee QA processes for warehouse operations including receiving, sampling, and storage.

✅ What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance within food, dietary supplements, or ingredient manufacturing.
• PCQI certification and deep knowledge of 21 CFR 117 and familiarity with 21 CFR 111.
• Proven experience in supplier quality management and FSVP compliance.
• Strong leadership, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
