Moments later, the filler hums to life, the capper snaps into rhythm, and the labeler keeps flawless pace. You watch overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), make a quick changeover for the next size run, and keep documentation tight. Every hour, you verify quality, keep your station spotless, and help teammates keep the line flowing.

What You’ll Own on 3rd Shift

• Run, adjust, and change over packaging equipment: filler, capper, labeler, case packer, palletizer, and more
• Read work orders; confirm components (bottles, caps, labels) are correct before and during runs
• Track production rates and machine performance with an eye on OEE
• Complete quality checks and record results with accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe work area from start to finish

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year in manufacturing (food industry experience is a plus)
• Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and multitasking ability
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with HACCP, SQF, and GMPs is a bonus
