Landscape Maintenance Seasonal Services / Enhancement Crew Leader

As we expand, we’re looking for motivated Seasonal Services & Enhancement Crew Leaders to join our maintenance team. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crews on seasonal services and/or landscape enhancement and maintenance projects, ensuring high-quality work and team support.
• Perform a variety of landscaping tasks, including digging trenches, removals, pruning, planting small trees and shrubs, storm cleanups, mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, weeding, and pest control.
• Ensure all client assets—including turf, planting beds, hardscapes, and waterfront docks—are maintained to the highest company standards of cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Complete enhancement projects according to estimates and submit accurate, timely reports using company mobile software.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness and routine maintenance of trucks, trailers, and equipment.
• Demonstrate attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.
• Uphold professionalism and courteous behavior on and off job sites.
• Attend required safety trainings and staff meetings.
• Safely drive a truck with a trailer.
• Assist with snow removal operations during the winter season.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in landscape maintenance and enhancement.
• Previous experience supervising or leading a team.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling of landscaping equipment and materials (up to 50 lbs.).
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Valid Driver’s License (required).
• US work authorization (required).
• Hoisting License is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

The hourly pay for this position ranges from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
