Job description
We are seeking talented consultants to join our Agile team, working closely with clients to shape, design, and deliver innovative business and technology‑enabled transformations.
This role offers the opportunity to work primarily across the Life Sciences sector, with a strong focus on pharmaceutical and biotech organizations. While our core emphasis is Life Sciences, there is also openness to relevant consumer sector experience where Agile delivery or transformation is a priority. You will gain meaningful exposure to complex organizations and play a direct role in influencing how they operate.
What You’ll Do:
Support or lead the design and delivery of solutions that drive measurable client outcomes
- Contribute to transforming client organizations to become more adaptive, dynamic, and high‑performing
- Help shape skills and behaviors across teams, working collaboratively with clients to embed change
- Connect organizational strategy to practical execution within portfolios and team
- Bring structured thinking and problem-solving to complex operational and strategic challenges
- Partner with clients at all levels to deliver practical, sustainable change
- Collaborate with colleagues in strategy, digital, and operating model teams
Qualifications
We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds who bring strong analytical and professional experience. Typical candidates will have:
- Academic background and/or professional experience in life sciences, business, analytics, or a related field relevant to transforming complex organizations.
- At least 2+ years of professional experience in consulting or in a relevant industry role (early‑career is welcome, but not entry‑level).
- Working understanding and experience in Agile transformation, Agile delivery, Product Management, Lean, or other Agile related fields
- Certifications such as SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, Kanban, PROCSI (nice to have but not essential)
- Experience or strong interest in pharmaceutical and biotech operating models; exposure to consumer sector operating model work is also beneficial.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and structured delivery capabilities.
Skills We’re Looking For:
- Experience leading small workstreams or contributing to transformation initiatives
- Experience with change frameworks or agile adoption models
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with comfort in fast‑moving environments.
- Defining transformation roadmaps and mobilizing change

Hybrid work environment: Our hybrid model typically includes a minimum of two days per week in a PA office or at a client site. Actual on-site expectations will vary by engagement and may require more frequent client presence.
Travel: Travel to client locations will be required based on project needs.

Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site or at the office.

In compliance with Colorado’s, New York & Massachusetts's Equal Pay Transparency Act, PA is required to provide a reasonable salary range for this role. This salary range is specific to the State of Massachusetts and is commensurate with experience, market data, applicant skills, internal equity and/or degrees/certifications. Salary Range: Low: $ 93,000 - High: $134,100
