Leadership - Director of Nursing
Length: 13 Weeks
May be required to cover as shift supervisor at BMC as needed
Weekend Requirements: As needed/Holidays required if needed
Requirements:- MA License
- Minimum of 3 years of successful leadership experience
- Experience in successful conflict resolution
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the daily operations of an acute care Medical Center, including experience handling emergency/trauma and critical care situations.
- Working knowledge of staffing systems preferred
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, or higher
- BLS AHA
- ACLS AHA
