Operations Manager

While we do not require previous landscaping experience, a background in employee management, scheduling, and coordinating is a must . Many services we provide are unique to the landscaping industry. In order to offer our customers the best Snow’s experience, eligible candidates for the Operations Manager role will be required to train both in the field and in the office with our team prior to fully transitioning into the role. Length of training will depend on prior experience and knowledge.

What to expect during training period:
- Be immersed in daily field work to gain an understanding of all services we provide
- Hands on training for various equipment in order to understand best practices for job
- Develop positive working relationship with members of our team
- Gain exposure to the Operations Manager role unique to Snow & Sons
- Regular check-ins with Division Supervisors
- Exposure to company software and internal processes for scheduling
- Enrollment in relevant educational courses
- Learn the company culture, core values, and expectations
After training period:
- Oversee daily schedules to efficiently coordinate personnel, jobs, equipment and materials
- Develop positive relationship with employees and provide regular feedback
- Work with your team to continue training and development
- Understand quality expectations and perform quality checks on completed work
- Work collaboratively with other managers to ensure quality and productivity expectations are being met
- Instill the Snow’s company culture and core values in all members of the team

Starting Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000/yr, depending on experience
