In-House Counsel / Renewable Energy
Premier Boston-area renewable energy company seeks 5+ year business-minded attorney to join its growing legal team as Contracts Counsel (Senior Manager). Working closely with Legal and Sales teams, this attorney will lead a critical function of the organization, evaluating and explaining legal and business issues and developing creative approaches to enable contract execution while safeguarding the company and creating a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a business-minded attorney with experience creating, analyzing, negotiating, and executing a variety of contracts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly collegial legal team of a high-growth, mission driven organization. Hybrid (4 days in person).
