Campus Recruiter – Financial Services
We’re seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Campus Recruiter to serve as a vital link between our organization and top financial institutions. In this role, you’ll cultivate partnerships across investment banking, asset management, hedge funds, and related sectors to create meaningful opportunities for graduate students and alumni.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain employer partnerships across the financial services industry
- Identify and engage potential hiring partners for internships and full-time roles
- Plan and coordinate employer engagement activities and recruiting events
- Collaborate with internal teams to support student placement and employer outreach
- Track and report employer engagement outcomes
Required Experience:
- Recruiting or employer relations experience in financial services
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to coordinate events and partnerships in a hybrid environment
Required Skills (Top 3):
- Relationship Management – Build and sustain partnerships with employers
- Communication Skills – Clear, professional written and verbal engagement
- Organization – Manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
Preferred Skills:
- Event planning and outreach strategy
- Experience with investment banking, hedge funds, or consulting firms
- Multilingual or international recruiting experience
