What You’ll Do

• Manage a personal lines book of business, including home, auto, umbrella, and related policies
• Handle renewals, endorsements, billing inquiries, and client service requests with accuracy and professionalism
• Identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities to ensure clients are fully protected
• Build long-term relationships through proactive communication and trusted guidance
• Work closely with producers and management to deliver seamless, high-quality service
• Use HawkSoft to manage all client activity, documentation, and workflows

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2–3 years of Personal Lines Account Management experience in an agency setting
• Strong understanding of personal insurance products and carrier guidelines
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills
• Active MA P&C License required
• Experience with HawkSoft preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
• A genuine desire to help clients and be part of a collaborative, family-oriented environment
