Technical Sourcer

We are actively hiring a Sourcing Recruiter to support a large, fast-paced technology organization. This role is 100% onsite in North Reading, MA. You would support highly specialized Robotics and Generative AI engineering hiring. This is a sourcing-focused role, ideal for a recruiter who enjoys working on niche, hard-to-fill technical positions. In this role, you will partner closely with a senior recruiting lead to build targeted talent pipelines and deliver qualified candidates for specialized engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead proactive sourcing efforts for Robotics and Generative AI engineering roles

• Identify and engage niche technical talent using creative and strategic sourcing approaches

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for specialized skill sets

• Partner closely with recruiting leadership on high-priority hiring needs

• Support end-to-end recruiting activities with a strong emphasis on sourcing

Required Skills:

• Prior experience in a sourcing-heavy recruiting role

• Exposure to technical or engineering recruiting preferred

• Strong ability to source for niche and specialized profiles

• Detail-oriented with strong candidate engagement skills

• Ability to work 100% onsite in North Reading, MA.

This is a Contract position based out of North Reading, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr.
