We are hiring an experienced Dryer Vent Cleaning or HVAC Technician for a large commercial apartment project (300+ units). This is a short-term, high-volume project with steady hours and competitive pay.

You must be comfortable working with tools, ladders, and commercial equipment. Dryer vent experience is a plus, but HVAC, maintenance, or duct cleaning experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform dryer vent cleanings in apartment units

  • Operate commercial vacuum and rotary equipment

  • Use inspection cameras to verify airflow

  • Follow safety procedures and job documentation

  • Maintain a professional presence with tenants and staff

Requirements:

  • Prior HVAC, dryer vent, duct cleaning, or maintenance experience

  • Comfortable using ladders and power tools

  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts consistently

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
