System Administrator
Job Responsibilities:
- Setup of Video Teleconferencing (VTC) and Web conferencing sessions
- Support all scheduling, set up and tear down of Division Classified VTCs
- Generate standard and custom reports using Excel and other tools
- Support for asset management and compliance tracking using dedicated tools & databases
- Utilize basic network and system monitoring tools to ensure optimum performance
- Perform basic network and IT troubleshooting as required to support immediate operational troubleshooting as needed for real-time missions, VTCs , video streaming and other collaboration tools
- Evaluate and propose use of open source and commercial hardware, software and tools where applicable
Skills:
- Video Teleconferencing (VTC), AV equipment, IT troubleshooting, Microsoft Office Suite, Web conferencing.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
