Position Overview:
As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide support with mobility and transfers
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ condition

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate demeanor
• Ability to pass background check and meet state requirements
