**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the retail location.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
+ Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
+ Assist visitors, employees, and customers with directions and information as needed while maintaining a visible presence.
+ Support emergency response activities as directed, including cooperating with law enforcement and first responders.
+ Maintain accurate and timely logs or reports of all activities, incidents, and observations during assigned shifts.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Loss prevention experience is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
