*We are looking for an ECE qualified Lead preschool/toddler teacher who also has or is willing to learn some admin duties with experience working in a licensed program and managing a classroom. Be very familiar with all ECE rules and regulations , have experience managing a classroom. Have some flexibility in your schedule.*

The candidate should have a passion for nurturing and teaching preschoolers in a childcare setting, be a team player, patient and have a good work ethic. We want an individual who will partner with parents to create lasting memories for the children we serve, as well as have pride in your work and collaborate with your teammates to help us be successful.

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor degree preferred but not required

EEC certification preferred but not required.

Pass background check

Minimum of 2 years experience working within a preschooler or toddler classroom in an ECE program. Must have had experience working with other staff as a team, have flexibility, maturity, be reliable and a team player.

Responsibilities
- Implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of preschool and toddler students.
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe and nurturing environment for young learners.
- Foster a positive learning atmosphere by utilizing effective communication and classroom management techniques.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and educational strategies.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Stay current on best practices in early childhood education to enhance teaching methods and student outcomes.

-*Primary role will be to work in the classroom, this is also a role with growth potential where the teacher can work towards gaining more responsibility among peers.*

-*The teacher needs to be flexible and be comfortable to take on a mentor role among peers, be willing to guide and mentor others.*

*-Be patient and very mature be very collaborative, be a quick learner and help guide others. *

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
