Contacts Administrator
Position Overview
The Contract Administrator supports the overall team in preparing and issuing project subcontracts, long-form purchase orders, and service contracts. This role collaborates closely with Project Team Members to ensure accurate documentation and efficient administration of all subcontract-related processes.
Responsibilities
- Proofread, format, and prepare final contract agreements.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the database of document management system, including related processes and procedures.
- Generate and distribute daily and weekly reports to purchasing teams across projects.
- Enter and track all subcontract costs.

Requirements
- Associate or bachelors degree, or completion of a technical school program.
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience or training.
- Experience with Timberline accounting software preferred, but not required.
- Construction industry knowledge a strong plus.
