The Role

We’re hiring a Fine Gardener / Horticultural Specialist to lead and execute detailed garden care on premium properties.

This is not a basic maintenance role — this is for someone who:

• Notices the small details others miss
• Understands plant health and aesthetics
• Takes ownership of properties like they are their own

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate fine gardening work on assigned properties
• Install and maintain trees, shrubs, perennials, and seasonal color
• Design and refresh high-end seasonal containers and displays
• Perform detailed pruning, deadheading, and garden grooming
• Monitor plant health and proactively address issues
• Identify and treat pests, disease, and deficiencies
• Maintain clean, polished, “show-ready” landscapes at all times
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Work closely with management to execute high-end results on schedule

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of plant identification (annuals, perennials, shrubs, trees)
• Experience in fine gardening or horticulture (preferred, not required for the right person)
• Detail-oriented with pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to interact professionally with high-end clients
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physically capable (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
• Team player with leadership potential

Bonus Points:

• MCH Certification
• Pesticide License (Core or higher)
• Landscape design experience
